The roof is in decent shape the box is in generally decent shape the floor is okay except for a couple of soft spots and the lower part of it is starting to rot out with a little bit of flex seal this is a watertight box for super cheap so if you need a lock anything up this is the ideal way to do it and not have to spend a lot of money. Also would make a great wood shed
